6 weeks and no news about my phone

On the 13th of September 2013, I booked my phone in at the Fordsburg Altech Autopage branch for a repair of the scroll button. I was informed by the person in charge of the franchise that it will take 3 weeks for the repair. After 3 weeks the Manager at the branch could not find my Job Number and so created a new one. Every week since then I have been told various dates on which my phone was being sent to the Fordsburg Branch. It has been over 6 weeks and still no sign of my phone.
