I WANT MY ADSL LINE INSTALLED NOW!

On 13/07/2013 I applied for a ADSL line to be installed at our home. Installation date given by Telkom was suppose to be the 17/07/2013. On the day the installation was suppose to be done, I contacted Telkom Customer Services and was advised that installation will be done. Not surprised, installation didn't happen. After several calls again to Customer Services, I was eventually advised that the installation cannot be done as there is no infrastructure available in our area for these ports. On the 08/08/2013 I spoke to Lolu at Customer Services and I was informed that the order has been listed but I have to wait for the next financial year, April, 2014! I then went to into the Customer Services in Adderley Street, Cape Town and was informed by Mr Finlay Peake that the order is only for October, 2013. I am most frustrated at the way Telkom has handled this issue!
