As per my complaint dated 27 May 2013. I had a call from Brian who promised to sort out my credits owing to me. To date, this has not been rectified. In fact Mobile stores has now added these services on another number of mine. I had several calls from Dorothy querying payments. I have explained the situation to her on a number of 4 calls but still she has not got back to me. I have now received an sms to say my account has been handed over to collections. Can someone advise me on how i can go through to consumer rights? i need them to handle this matter as Autopage staff! I refuse to pay for things i never asked for. They are incompetent.
