Extremely poor service & no communication

On the 19th June I complained about the poor service I received from Altech Autopage at Gateway. The problem was so called rectified by Elon Mathipa who corresponded with the supplier and myself. I was assured that my credits on my account will be settled within 7 to 10 days from the 26th September 2013 and my blackberry will be repaired and the supplier will correspond with me on when I would receive my cellphone. Thus far I have not received any credits nor have I received a single call from Althech Autopage on the whereabouts of my phone. This matter is not resolved and again Altech Autopage lives up to the reputation of appalling services both with the credit department and the supplier. I am very unhappy and would appreciate some feedback as soon as possible.
