Hi lodged a previous complaint about by experience with Autopage and their incompetent Call Centre. (https:///autopage/complaints/sim-locked-phone-988074) After posting this I very quickly received a phone call from Thersia van Staden from Autopage assuring me she will handle this matter. Well I must say eventually I did get a new phone (1 month after the original upgrade, so paid Autopage for a month for nothing) but this whole experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. Firstly the second phone they sent me was the non LTE version (where the first was an LTE phone), but I am not prepared to go through this again. Secondly and most importantly: Thersia promised me she will keep my up to date on happenings. After the first contact she did not contact me once without me having to ask her to contact me with feedback. She also said that she will go though the recorded conversations with the Call centre and take the matter further with regards to the rudeness of the staff towards me, no feedback whatsoever.

Being a customer of Autopage for over 10 years one would expect to receive slighty better service, escpecially given the already fragile nature of the situation.
