STOP SUSBENDING MY SERVICE!!!

I am a recent customer of Altech Autopage. Ever since the inception of my contract the billing has been incorrect. Every month I have to send them proof of payments to prove my payments even though they are debit orders. Every month they suspend my account. Every month I have to call them to reactivate and beg them NOT to suspend my account again as it is a billing problem on their side. I have to make these calls from work (even though I am not allowed to do so as they are personal calls) I have begged, shouted, begged and pleaded. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE WAY ALTECH AUTOPAGE CONDUCTS BUSINESS!

I am now in a situation where I need to make calls for work purposes but am unable to because yet again Altech Autopage has cut my service even after I have sent them all the proof of payments. I cant even receive calls now and I am not in the office as I am working in a different province.

I do not wish this kind of treatment on anyone. I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO JOIN ALTECH AUTOPAGE... UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING FRUSTRATED!!!
