Extremely bad service

At present I have 4 contracts with Cell C. For the last 2 Months I am having a problem to get proper feedback from Cell C. I have requested that three (3) of my four (4) contracts with them be upgraded to unlimited status. I have never been contacted back by Cell C via phone or any other means to actually tell me that this was done. When I recently opened my fourth contract for a Blackberry Z10 I requested in the branch at Pavilion that I require an unlimited contract. I was assured that there was no limit on the phone. A few days later I received an sms telling me that I've almost reached my limit of R 400.00. I immediately phoned Cell C and as usual spoke to a call centre agent like so many times before. Now I don't have any internet access on my phone and a agent told me that the limits wasn't upgraded on my phone. I am the one who always has to phone Cell C and tell the same story to a different person every time and nothing happens. I am now sick and tired of this issue as its going on for more than a month. I need this issue sorted out without any further delay please as no one of my accounts were ever in arrears, or is this just the way that Cell C treats their customers?
