MTN EMPLOYES INCOMPETENT PEOPLE

I upgraded my contract on 4 June 2013 via MTN direct. I upgraded to 2 GB. Since then MTN has not loaded my 2 GB of data. I have been calling their contact centre on a daily basis with no success. The employees are so incompetent, I hate MTN. I regret renewing my contract with them. I wish I went to CellC. No one wants to take accountability. They make empty promises. Everyone at MTN is so incompetent (From management to service agents)!!!
