Be Careful to switch over to Cell C

Switched to Cell C in Feb 2013 took 2 data contracts and 2 voice contracts, they promised us that we will have coverage at home and at work, from week one we had problems with no network coverage, called them and they changed the settings on laptop and Ipad said it will be sorted in 24 hours, One month later still having the same problem, called them and asked to send out a technician to check the network coverage so that we can cancel contracts which they said will happen after 24 to 48 hrs. Now 7 months later and about 70 phone calls and after we filled in the request form 5 times we still have not had one phone call from CELL C. They even told us that out PC is to old and we went and bought a new one and like they say each and every time "we are having network problems in your area our technicians are busy upgrading the network" We kept all the proof of phone calls and emails of clients saying they cant get through phone goes to voicemail, we are now paying for a 'service' from cell c that we don't even use as we went back to previous service provider. My friends that is with Cell C all have the same problem and we are taking this to the media. Please contact me to sign petition
