Worst Service Ever!!

I went to cellc menlyn last night to get a micro sim card and was told i need proof of residence. I walked out the branched and phoned the call centre where they told me i dont and they need to assist me. When i walked back in there were 2 consultants. One busy with a client and the other MONIQUE WEST busy playing on her cell phone while i stand there for 5 minutes untill she decided she is finished. Then when she decides to assist me has the biggest attitude and doesnt listen to what i am saying so get back on the phone with a call centre agent who is telling me to tell thwm how to do thier jobs and they need to assist me. While i am on the phone Monique is busy swearing and going crazy in the back office that we can all hear her about me being a client and i should tell her what i want. If she only listens to clients then i wouldnt be complaining. So in the end the manager helped me with no problems and was sorted in 10 minutes. So if u want the worst service ever go to cell c menlyn and i cant wait for my contract to finish so i can migrate to vodacom who has only given me outstanding service. Monique you better shape up or shift out cos cellc is getting a bad name cos of u
