Disgusting Service from Clientele Legal Team

I called in 3 weeks back spoke to Aubrey Chavalala and emailed him my documents for a legal complaint. I called last week twice requesting to speak to him and left a message to date no one has called me back. With no response from Aubrey I sent an email to the customer service email for someone else to assist and no one has responded. I called in again this morning and spoke to Johan who I left a message with last week and conveniently again he couldn't put me through to him and cut my call. Calling the call centre 011 number is not a free call. I pay premium everymonth for bad service, be late with your payment and they know your contact details. I am disgusted with both these gentleman s service, it make one wonder if your really speaking to professional lawyers. This is the kind of service expected from a 'call center agent'. Then they have the audacity to say they value their customers, to think I was contemplating taking out life and funeral cover with them. If no one gets back to me by close of business tomorrow im cancelling!!! I would rather go with another service provider, someone who actually appreciate their customers!!!
