My Name is Juvelynn, Was in car accident 28/04/2013, my claim is handled by the gentleman named Elias Sono, i had to be the one doing a claim follow up on a daily bases. The call centre agents were not helpful, kept telling me they will send emails for him to call be back since i couldn't get hold of him. The only time i could get through to him was when i asked to be put through to COMPLAINTS. Monday 27/05/2013 Elias told me they are settling the account with Wesbank and by Friday the money would have reflected, and that he is cancelling my policy . 01/06/2013 the insurance deducted their monthly premium. When i called on monday living 3 messages for him to call me back to explain why the insurance deducted the premium the call centre agents told me the same old story "he is busy on the line with a client will send him an email to get back to you " today is wednesday afternoon an im still waiting for his call. This is a total HOOHAA... from iWYZE
