Vodacom Billing me for an Account I don't have

I have NO contract with Vodacom yet Vodacom has somehow deducted over R5000 from my Nedbank Business Account. I complained via Hello Peter on the 19th June and heard back from Moddy Motebejane who promised to sort it out. Despite numerous emails from me to her, this matter is not resolved and Vodacom has this money from me and no one wants to take responsibility pr get my funds returned to me. This is a classic case of a huge corporate having no concern for the man in the street, where they can TAKE over R5000 without permission from my account and I am NOT A VODACOM customer and there is no accountability and I am left to carry the loss until such time as they sort out their problem and then decide to pay me back. This is corporate of the worst kind and shows NO respect for me as a person.
