Having lodged a complaint last week Jillian Salsone got back to me the following day. She did her best to assist me but due to Rica issues I could not do the SIM swop on that day. I sent through mails again on Friday without a response. On Saturday at about 16h30 Moddy contacted me. Within minutes the SIM swop was done. Excellent service from Jillian and Moddy. I would suggest to Vodacom that they consider taking more of that calibre of employee into their employ.
