I applied for a dual sim a week ago. This sim is still not active. I was told on Monday this request had been escalated. It is now Wednesday and still no service. I also called in to report poor call quality. The agent told me someone would contact me. I am still waiting for this call. Other networks respond to queries and activate services within hours what is going on here? I regret porting to MTN.
