Cannot complain about service as there is none

I have received a Black Berry from my employer. I have to set up my email and need the Black Berry user name and password as the phone previously belonged to someone else.

I went to Century City were the lady told me she had no technical knowledge and could not assist me.

I called MTN and logged a call. They were going to call me back.

A week later I had no response. I called back, logged a new call after being cut off mid explanation twice. I requested reference numbers and was told they will get back to me.

After another week had passed with no response I sent an email to the customer support address I found on the website. Still 2 weeks later I had no response.

I went to Cape Gate MTN store for help. Walked in and was told the Data specialist had to help me and had gone out for lunch, please return 15 min later. I did so and returned to the store. I was advised that the guy standing 5m away from me could not assist me as he was busy with a stock take.

| am disgusted with the level of service I have received from MTN. My personal contract is with MTN and is coming up for renewal, I will most definitely not renew my contract with this service.
