I cancelled my Telkom line on 06 June 2013 and till date i am being charged till August according to the bill i revived yesterday.

This is not ACCEPTABLE as i have been having so many problems with this ISP.

How do i take Telkom to Court for Breach of Contract? The agreement says a 30 day notice is needed and this has not been upheld.

What do i do from here?

Yesterday i applied for a new ADSL Line, should i cancel this and move to Mweb?
