I experience problems with my Samsung S3. I took my phone in to Irene Village Mall in Pretoria for repairs and got it back in two weeks' time whereby the consultant informed me that they only did a software update and could not find anything wrong with it. I then went back as the same problem accord. The consultant then advised me that it is not their responsibility and that my only option is to apply for a warranty assessment, which I did. It is now two months and I still do not have my phone back or get feedback on what is happening. I contacted the Service Centre whereby they informed me that they haven't done anything to my phone because the Branch could not supply them with a proof of purchase. They have despatched my phone back to the Branch on the 29th of June 2013. I received a call from the Branch on Friday the 5th of July 2013 to state that the Service Centre is still off line. I have contacted the Shop Manager (Warren Van Rensburg) and he also has not done anything to assist me. An e-mail was sent to him in whom he didn't responded back. I tried contacting him but don't take my call and also doesn't respond to my sms.
