CONTRACT CANCELLED BUT I AM STILL BILLED MONTHLY

Our business account was closed in April, and an early termination of contract fee was paid to Iburst. We received an e-mail from Thembi confirming that payment had been received and that the account is closed, and that the credit due would be paid into our bank account. This morning I received a new statement with charges for July, deducted from the credit due to us, and showing an amount outstanding. This has been over two months since I thought that this matter is finalised. Signing a debit order payment - beware!! companies can take your money without per permission and it is a mission to go to the bank each time to reverse the payment. I have just spoken to a call centre agent (and yes! I hope my call was recorded for quality purposes) saying he will call me back in 5 minutes with answers - but I am not holding my breath on this one - I will be pleasantly surprised if he calls back. Very, very poor and pathetic service from Iburst.
