REPAIRS TAKING TOO LONG

My cellphone was originally sent in at the beginning of Feb2013 for repairs. At this time there was no issue with my phone being out of warranty. A software update was done but the problem of the phone's battery draining to zero spontaneously persisted. i was without the phone for 2 weeks. i then took the phone in again. This time the repair centre kept sending my handset back, expecting me to pay an out of warranty fee because they cant see the proof of purchase (pop) that the Mtn branch submitted with the handset. Initially they complained the POP was unclear. the store manager then went through the trouble of contacting mtn & getting clearer copies & sent it to them but they still sent the handset back to the store. This has been going on now for over 3 weeks, even though the handset is still under warranty. I have had to go without my phone for that time. When i try to talk to the call centre, they are totally unco-operative in that they cant give me further details. I would like an apology for this frustration that i have been forced to undergo for over 2 months now & my handset repaired & delivered to me before Friday, 5th April 2003, failing which I expect a new handset
