Promised new phone - still nothing!

On 11 Feb 2013 I upgraded to a BB 9820. Since I received the phone I experienced problems and I took it back to the branch and a CPA was done. From the time I received the new phone I again experienced constant problems which I was told by the branch was network related. At the end I took the phone back to the branch and after they tested it they told me it was the phone itself. The phone was sent for repairs on 4 April 2013. I received it back on 10 May, it was tested in the shop and the setup icon did not work! It was sent back for repairs again and I went to the shop to fetch the phone again on 14 June 2013. I was told that it was a new phone now. Again the exact same problem! What a disgrace! The phone was sent back for repairs again on 17 June 2013. I am paying for a phone now for more than 6 months and could never use it. I am borrowing a blackberry phone from somebody else who wants it back. I cannot get any answers anywhere and is really highly frustrated with very bad service from Autopage. I registered a complaint on your website and on 5 July Jason contacted me and promised me a new phone within 3 working days. Still nothing. I am sooo tired of struggling!
