On the 08/01/2014 I booked my phone (blackberry 9810) in for repairs because I had a problem with my speaker and the phone reboot itself while Im busy with a call. On the 07/01/2014 I did not have my proof of purchase with me and they told me that they can't book it without the proof of purchace. I went home and on the 08/01/2014 I came back with the proof of purchase and the phone was booked in. On the 17/01/2014 I went to the store to check whether its back or not. The consulted informed me that its not back yet, the High Volume Repair Centre (HVRC) is still busy with it. I requested the number for the HVRC, it was given to me. On the 20/01/2014 I contacted HVRC only to find out that nothing has been done to my phone because they are claiming that there was no proof of purchase, contacted 808 they did not have my proof pf purchase. I went home came back 21/01/2014 faxed my proof of purchase to HVRC only to find out that my phone has already been despatched back to the store and nothing has been done to it. Contacted the consultant and she said she will wait for the phone to arrive and send it back again for repairs and I will spend another 3weeks without my phone. #Very Angry#
