Non delivery of goods and poor customer service

On 16/08/2013 I went for an upgrade to the MTN Century Branch in Canal Walk and Denzil Maggot was the consultant that assisted me. I opted for the combo deal, which included a Samsung phone and a television set. I was informed that the television will be delivered to my residential address within three weeks. A month passed and I telephoned the call centre just to be informed that they would not be able to assist me and that I had to go to the branch in person to resolve the matter. I went to the branch in October but did not have the time to wait in the queue and asked to speak to the manager. I was informed that the manager was not available and the consultant then gave me a cell number for the branch which I could call the following week. Only to discover that the branch does not answer any calls. I then went back to the branch on 29 November 2013 and spoke to the manager, Louis (Vos, I think that is his surname) who promised that Denzil Maggot would call me the following morning to provide some feedback. Denzil called me Friday 6/12/2013 as I was on my way to St Helena Bay I asked if he could call me the Monday and he agreed. No call received and I went back 3 Jan and still no
