Horrible Sales Person

I just got a call from 031 538 4123, The person said they are calling me from a Cell C Head Office and they have a cellphone contract offer for me. I do not usually listen to these sales calls but I gave her time between I am in-between meetings. She told me about this offer, I was interested because I am planning to buy a Samsung S4 so I thought the options she gave me were quite good. She took down my details but I told her I was uncomfortable giving my banking details to a strange over the phone, isn't there a way of verifying her legitimacy. That's when she lost it, her tone changed and she told me she has been dealing with customers for more than 10 years, she has spoken to over a million clients and that I was the problem. I told her I do not like her tone and she told me I am just a problem and she hung up! This woman was shouting at me! Are you kidding me! I want that phone recording and I want her to apologise for being so rude to clients. I am the head of Sales where I work and she would be fired if she was on my watch. Horrible Sales People give this wonderful job of ours a bad name. Nosipho Sithole should learn how to deal with customers or find another job.
