Bad customer service / Incorrect data bill

I'm very disappointed with the manner my query was handled by Cell C call centre agents and their IT department. I lodged a query on the 22nd of June 2013 with regards to the data usage on my iPad the call centre agent advised he will escalate the matter to the IT department as I had requested a detailed report on which sites I had accessed, I then received an email from Bokang Mokena with an excel spread sheet label as "usage" the information given on that excel sheet was not understandable unless you where an IT expect I then called the call centre 084 140 and was transferred to the networks department and the lady I spoke wasn't HELPFUL at all, All she could tell me was your IT department has checked the bill and has been validated and the data was used on my device, I then sent an email to [Email Removed] and to this day I haven't received a call regarding my query from Cell C.
