Vodacom service is so pathetic I complained on hello peter on the 10/09/2013 and they responded saying someone will get back to me and no one did until today, I also received an sms on 11/09/2013 from Vodacom customer care: NOZI EUNICE MASANGO saying they are attending to the problem. Vodacom consultants are very rude they do not know what they are doing. Ever since I took my online contract with them I had WIFI router R206 and it never work I complained and I was promised that someone will contact me, even today I haven't received a call from them, that's when I decided to close the contract on the 10/09/2013 ref14608998 because I cannot use their product what's the use of having a thing and not used it, it's there to decorate your house. It really shows that Vodacom is selling things that they do not know or they don't have a clue about. Whenever you call for follow-up the consultant are so rude I don't know if its because u are closing the contract with them but you are doing that because you are not happy with the service they are giving you. I WILL NEVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND I AM GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE I KNOW
