MTN giving wrong contracts and hideous service

I have had serious problems with MTN starting from their service, misinterpreting of contracts, lazy staff, no interest in their work, MTN employers not taking customer complaints seriously and their messed up network resulting in one missing important calls even though the phone was on. I recently opened a second contract with MTN and I specified that I want the TopUp R100 that comes with 25 sms's but instead they gave me Anytime 100 contract and as they tell me its the systems fault. i asked them to change my contract as I don't want Anytime 100 contract and they said it can be done though its a process alright then. Yesterday (08 July 2013) my sim card was shut down and it said; SIM not provisioned:2. I figured they are migrating my sim to TopUp i get the fact it's a process but now the process is really affecting as I use this number for business purposes it is a serious inconvenience. I have been calling the Silverton branch demanding for them to freaken speed up the process and open up y sim so that I can carry on with my life but it seems like they enjoy getting a call from me and complaining about one thing. I AM SO SO TIRED WITH MTN!! MTN is nothing but nonsense.
