TopUp contract ends up costing R3477.04

To whom it may concern,

I purchased a TopUp 100 contract for my 13 year old step-daughter, however, an Anytime 100 contract was activated on the sim resulting in a R3 477.04 charge on my account. The customer checklist explained to me and signed by myself and Connie stated a TopUp 100 contact, however in the contract given to me to initial stated Anytime 100. Surely these documents should correlate.

This is disappointing, as I trusted MTN to fulfil on their promise; "MTN TopUp ensures that you do not go over your monthly budget with your cellphone bill". The contract has subsequently been migrated (by Mogameli) to TopUp which was done speedily and is appreciated.

I create this report is because I do not feel any progress is being made on the billing aspect of this issue in the week it's been open. I have had to call multiple times when Connie defaulted on following up. This amount will be debited and the end of September if this is not dealt with. I'm beginning to wonder that MTN will attempt to make me liable for this cost which I refuse. Please can this be confirmed and a credit note and updated statement reflecting the correct amounts be send to me.
