Line cancelled but still been Billed

Hi,

I had an installation done on the 03 May 2013. I had requested a landline with ADSL installation. When the tech came out he installed 2 lines and not one as per the norm. I was charged for ADSL installation which I did setup (refer to the telephone conversation had with the support line to confirm that it was setup by myself) I then reported this in June and was told a reversal will be done for the installation and the extra line would be cancelled and Charges reversed. I received my statement yesterday and I am been charged for a line that has been cancelled and I was also not credited for the Installation charges.

Cancellation reference number : 80053871 and reference number for the reversal is 26945514.

Can someone please call me urgently (TODAY) to resolve the issue and I am sick and tired of calling Telkom and been shoved around. It has now been 2 months that I have not paid my account and WILL not till my problem is resolved. This is pathectic customer service. One should in future save themselves the trouble and rather move to another supplier in my opinion.
