No Connection and No Help

I have a MF190 white speedstick on a cell c contract. For the past 3 weeks I have been unable to use any internet. When I connect, it connects, but no webpages wants to open or opens extremely slowly. This is hampering my work. I first called cell c 18/06/2013 and spoke to a guy in the technical department, he just decided to cut my call after explaining the situation to him. Finding ime again on 08/07/2013 I called and spoke to Lindiwe Sikhane and she made me uninstall everything and re-install it, when that did not work, she told me to plug it into another laptop, I told her that I do not have two laptops, can she please check the network in the area (Randburg), she said that no problems have been reported (who says I am not busy reporting a problem). She then just told me to go to a stor to sort the matter out. My issue is that for three weeks I have not been able to use any internet, although I will be paying for the whole month (I am sure). The consultant was very rude in the end when she could not solve my problem. I will be cancelling this contract as soon as I can mange to get to a store, as this is horrible service for cell c.
