Dont renew contracts with Cell C

I renewed my cell C contract a week ago and took a Samsung S4, where I get 1GB data. I had a blackberry contract prior.

I gave the S4 to my husband to use and still want to use my blackberry with my simcard. My internet does not work. I called Cell C and was told to call technical support. I called and spoke to Atish who explained that I need BIS in order for my blackberry to work. This will be additional costs. I agreed. I was told the usual, take out battery and reboot, then I will have internet. I did and stiil did not work.
I called again and spoke to Nompumelelo. She advises that they cannot load the BIS on my contract and I should go back to the shop where I renewed my contract.
Is this the service I receive as a customer of Cell C, What is the use of having a technical support department when they cannot help you.

Cell C did not even bother to call me when my contract was due for an upgrade, I have now upgraded 2 months after my 24 months expired.
