460 Days to Cancell Contract

On 2 April 2012, I cancelled my cell c contract at capegate branch. Up until now this has never been updated. I went to the same branch and explained my situation, A young consultant, Jackie Groenewald helped me with a very kind, caring professional attitude, and once again submitted the request and informed me that head office will contact me in a couple of days to sort out my refund and so on, this was on 12 June 2013. Up to now I have still not received a call from Cell C head office, and they are still my money from my bank account. I sincerely hope that this matter will receive the urgency it deserves.
