MY COMPLAINT IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY 20/11/13 I STILL HAD 2.9 GIG LEFT OF INTERNET DATA (I GET 5 GIG PM). ON SATURDAY 23/11/13 I CONECT TO THE INTERNET AND SAW THERE IS ONLY 800 MB LEFT. WE DID'NT DOENLOAD ANYTHING AND SINCE WE HAD THE CONTRACT, GAVE BACK OVER 3 GIG UNUSED DATA PER MONTH. THIS IS THE FIRST MONTH THAT MY DATA IS GONE WITHOUT EXPLANATION. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DATA
2. ON SUNDAY MORNING I CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AND WORKED FOR 20 MIN WHEN SUDENLY I WAS DISCONNECTED AND WHEN I WANTED TO CONNECT THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED IS THAT MY SIMCARD IS NOT RECOTNIZED. I TOOK OUT THE SIM CARD, PUT IT BACK AND CONNECT AGAIN BUT ANOTHER MESSAGE CAME UP THAT SAY THAT THE COMPUTER PORT WAS CLOSED AND CANNOT BE CONNECTED. I CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE / TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WAS GUIDED THROUGH THE PROCESS TO UNINSTALL AND INSTALL SOFTWARET BUT STILL I COULD NOT CONNECT. AT THE END I WAS TOLD THAT THE AREA WHERE I AM HAVE PROBLEMS AND IT CAN NOT BE SAID HOW LONG THE PROBLEM WILL BE. AT 12:00 IT WAS STILL OFF. I CAN'T COUNT ON MY FINGERS HOW MANY GOOD EXPERIENCES I HAD WITH MY CELL C INTERNET. MY NEW YEARS RESOLOTION DEFINATELY TO CHANGE FROM CELL C TO ANOTHER SERVIVE PROVIDER
