CANCEL CONTRACT DUE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT ON CELL

I am an attorney sunday i wanted to catch up on some work. i struggled to connect to the internet and eventually phoned the call centre and was told that cell c disabled the speedstick and i needed to go to a cell c branch and get it updated. i receive no sms or any form of notification from cell c that this was going to happen. Yesterday at 9am i went to a cell c branch (westgate) and requested them to update my speedstick - they had no clue what i was talking about. after waiting for 30 minutes they eventually came out with a pack of papers and said they have to read this now and will call me. so after an hour they phoned me and told me they cant update my speedstick the internet was off and i need to come back in a week. i then went to go and fetch my laptop and took it to the shop - no one assisted me as they did not know what to do and i proceeded to update the software using the how to guide. when i got home it was not working i phone technical and after 1 hour was told i was supposed to safe the software but this was not on the how to guide!! this was 3 o? lock - the supervisor was suppose to phone me as i am cancelling my contract without penalties as this is breach
