No answer and No network

I have a contract with Cell C for 3G modern, but since this year i have a problem connecting the 3G to my laptop sometimes it says no network and sometimes it connect then disconnect itself and is very slow now a days. On 11 february 2013 i was on leave then i went to Tzaneen for 3 weeks and when i connect the 3G modern to my laptop it was not connecting at all, then i have to use my vodacom phone as a modern because Cell C does not connect and i pay them every month. Now i have been trying to call Cell C on 140 and 084145 but keep saying we are now tranfering your call but still no answer and i tried 100 times. I was supposed to send many email before 12 mid night and the modern keep saying no network then i have to use my phone as a modern because their modern does not connect, this is unfair because the reason why i took the contract is i need internet. Now i need Cell C to cancell my contract with them i will rather go to vodacom.

There is no use to pay for something that is not working for you, Enough is Enough Cell C must cancell my contract.
