NOT RECEIVING DATA BUNDLES AS THE CONTRACT STATES

I have a contract with Cell which I took in march 2012, the contract stipulates that I should be getting 250Mb of data. In June 2012, I called Cell C asking them to put an additional R100 worth of bundles on top of the 250Mb that I was receiving. What they did was to remove the 250Mb i was receiving and replaced it with the R100 worth of data I asked for as additional bundles but i still pay the same amount as if I'm receiving Both 250Mb R100 data bundles but I'm only receiving R100 worth of data bundles.

I tried to call Cell C several times about this, I even used e-Mail correspondent but no luck. the last time I communicated with them they said my query was being escalated to credit control for further assistance with CASE# 1211070000246348. Ever since then, I never heard from Cell C as they were suppose to call me back.

I'm even considering cancelling my contract with Cell C as from End of February because I'm paying for services I don't receive. Unfortunately I won't be a Cell C customer, ever again! No customer deserves such bad service from a Company.
