ENDLESS PROBLEM WITH BB9300

I sent in my BB9300 to be exchange for a other model as all the refurbish units that I had so far had. Software problems. I was told via email that it would be replace with a 9360, which I was happy about but to my surprize I was told the 9300 was beyond economical repairs. Why tell me management would swop it out for a 9360 then afterwards they won't swop it because of damages inside the phone? Clearly I don't know what is going on inside the phone & this is the 5th unit that was given with the same problem & I'm without a phonedue to MTN not wanting to replace the phone. I really need help in this regard as I don't have a phone to use at the moment
