USELESS!!!

My internet has been down for over a MONTH now and I've reported it several times and still nothing has happened. After the second week that the internet was down, I've cancelled my account and according to these "People", it should be cancelled by the 13th and it's already the 14th.. For the 2 - 3 months that I had internet, it only worked for 3 weeks max. And I've been charged for TWO lines on my account and that wasn't fixed. The account is still active and then they have the cheek to ask me when am I going to make a payment???!!! If you want to phone them, there is no answer and I have to do it from my Cell phone because the land line doesn't work and it's costing me a lot. And the ref numbers are for and giggles because if you want to track a ref number, it doesn't exist.
