I migrated in April and realized last month that BES is still charged to my account. I requested a refund as I don't have a blackberry any longer. The request was logged, I even received an SMS to rate the service as it was closed, but although closed I have no refund? I phoned the call centre and they advised me that they can see the refund and that it is more than 14 days but I should phone Monday as the person working on it is not working today. I beg your pardon, I shouldn't phone after people's backside if they did not do their job. You should phone me and advise me when I am going to gt my money
