Promise to refund money back, not kept by Vodacom

Datastick was not working, it kept saying in use but it wasn't by me. 27 August I had contacted Vodacom and still they let the debit order go through for over R4000 . I am a pensioner and a widower (lost my husband end Feb this year) Dealt Safiek Andrews (Advanced Data solutions) and got an email dated 11 September that they will refund me R3627.59 within 7 - 14 working days. Today a month later still no refund, when calling in I was informed that it could take another month for the refund. I am very disappointed because I had to borrow money to pay my other expenses and now because VODACOM did not kept their promise I also have to pay interest at FNB, on money borrowed. Just another promise not kept but if you don't pay your account they just cut your phone. Keep your promises Vodacom or loose another disappointed customer!
