I have ordered a few items from Groupon and always been happy. On this occasion I ordered memory foam pillows - the one pillow was so hard and overstuffed it was impossible to sleep on and the other pillow went flat after two nights.
I contacted Groupon end of Feb to enquire how to get a refund. It is now 16th April and STILL NO REFUND!!! I have been promised a refund... but nothing... The first ticket to support was just closed and the second one logged got no response.
Today when I phone them, they will log the refund request and it takes 2-5 days (After I logged it at the end of FEB) and when I start telling the guy on the phone my disappointment and the GREAT customer care, he says - its a pleasure ma'am. Really... Please can I just have my money back... PLEASE!!!
