Bad Client Service with refund

Hi, We paid our Vodacom account that was in arrears (082 551 7156) on the 2nd of June 2013, we emailed the payment advise through twice. Your employee told us that the Debiet Order will not go off. In the following week the Debiet Order went off, that means our account was in credit, I phone twice to request a refund, after your emplyee never logged the refund, the second one was on the 8th and then the refund was logged and your employee told me that the money will be in on the 11th. On the 11th the money still wasnt refunded as i phoned again and your employee was very rude and told me that we have to wait until the 17th for the refund. On the 18th the money wasnt refund as i was forced to phone again. Your employee told me then we have to wait until the 22nd, well TODAY the 20th the money is refunded. I am very unhappy with your client services as none of your employee's could tell me what the right procedures is in connection with the refund. Please send ALL you EMOLYEES for training as none of them knows how to speak to a client. I will await your urgent feedback...
