MTN-Still no assistance

I am still waiting for even one MTN employee to contact me since my posting, I have laid a customer complaint and no one cares to even take the matter up.
They have requested my banking details to be confirmed, and yet I had taken in a copy of my bank statement to confirm my details and they had told me they don't need it.
What is their protocol? it is extremely inconsistent with other telecoms practise.
They have no concern for the customer, and this has just further aggravated me that the inconvenience has been overlooked with absolute dis-concern, and I have not got usage of my own cellphone.
The response is a pathetic attempt to avoid making an executive decision and accept responsibility for poor service delivery.
