Making it impossible to post a complaint

When posting a complaint one is asked to confirm the legitimacy. The statement "I confirm that I am a bona fide customer of ..." is required to be confirmed. I am complaining about a debit on my bank account by someone of whom I am NOT a customer, so confirming the statement is in fact incorrect! Like probably hundreds of others before me I confirmed, even though it is strictly incorrect. I di so because I assume that HelloPeter does want me to complain and has the question wrong.
