Still no response!!!

How pathetic chubb customer service is! to date no response regarding them charging me in July and October for their annual radio fee. i logged a complaint on hello peter on 8 october, they send a useless automated response, i email them as detailed provided below, 4 emails to date, yet no one has the decency to respond! so disgusted!

they take your money, there staff are incompetent to handle queries, then they ignore complaints!
