I requested a change of account details via e-mail and got the response back that they cannot help me as I have to complete a form and then fax it to some number (Are we back in 1980 now??? There is NO security in the native fax protocol!!!). I clearly stated in my mail, if there are any issues with my request, I should be contacted on my cellphone. This was ignored and I ended up making a call to their contact center to get the details changed. This was a waste of my time and effort and I am sick of the poor service that we receive from organization were we are only a number on their income statement! Very disappointed!! (Time to change to another provider, I suppose)
