Pathetic customer service - Miway never cares

This is bad ever insurance I ever had. While increasing the premium amount, they just sent only one email with increase in amount and they never cared about getting my signature or acceptance on the renewal. Similarly with no claims, my premium got increased more than 10% which is unusual. At the time of issuing the policy they were well aware and have information (Copy of licence) and accepted that my license that I am holding Indian Driving license. But when I called in between to check since my friend was having same insurance and had faced issues in having Indian license, then they confirmed that they cannot accept Indian license after deducting premium of around one year and said no claims will be processed if I have Indian license.
Best of all is " I have been trying to catch hold of somebody who can assist me in cancelling the policy for more than a week and they keep on saying concern team is busy and they will call back". Customer service is so bad that they will put on hold and never replies or replies after 10-15 minutes saying I couldn't connect to anyone in the concern department. More than three people got my details and concerns and there is no call back
