Order placed last year and still not completed

Order for an Ipad mini at the end of Nov 2013.

Called the Premier numerous times for feedback and to escalate the order. Still had no feedback other than I had been approved.

9 Dec I followed up and was told that Premier would follow up and due to my leaving the country. I informed Premier I would need the delivery urgently or need to contact the courier to allow another person to collect on my behalf. They Provided me an email address and details required to which I replied that day and copied the Premier on all communications.

15 Dec I called From over seas and the Premier advised they would look into the matter again and it was further "escalated." They would get back to me later that day.

17 Dec Still no response via email or cell and I asked for further assistance.

23 Dec I received an email to say that the order had been cancelled due to "contact attempt was exceeded? " Take note that I had left details on 4 separate occasions and activated my credit card for international use. I left the courier and Premier with full details of 3 other people to contact for delivery. I did not receive an sms/ email/ call

Today still no details!
