Last month i posted a complaint here and got a feedback from Bianca promising to resolve my matter but never got a call from her till today. Now i recieve my statement and i am still charged the R206 extra airtime. I called opera telecoms and they confirmed that my susbscription was cancelled on the 14 June 2013.
can someone give this an urgent attention.
if i dont cancel my contract then it will be the last one i have with Nashau mobile and will not recommend anyone to get into contract with them
