Phoned through to the Hillcrest branch twice this week, asking for certain documents to be sent for a transition to the network from another, early in the week (Monday) did not receive the documents I requested so I phoned through today (Friday) and the operator clearly did not want to put any effort into assisting me.
Please do something about your staff, they obviously do not care.
